Built for soccer

How TourneyPage runs a soccer tournament.

Recommended format

Single elimination

Soccer brackets are single elimination, with tied games decided by penalty kicks. Many tournaments open with pool play, where tied games stand, then seed the knockout rounds from the standings.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How do penalty kicks work?

Yes. When a knockout game ends tied, enter the penalty-kick result and the winner advances. The public page shows the PK score next to the final.

Can I record forfeits?

Yes. Record a forfeit from the score card and the public page shows W / FF.

Can I run a group stage first?

Yes. Choose Pool play: each pool plays a full round robin, a level score counts as a tie (no penalty kicks), and the standings update live. The top teams then move on to a knockout bracket seeded from the standings, where tied games go to penalty kicks.
