Yes. Scores are runs; enter the final for each game and the winner advances.
Can every team play at least twice?
Yes. Generate a double-elimination bracket, or run pool play with pools of 3 or more, so every team gets at least two games.
Do players need to sign up?
No. Players open the link in any browser; there's no app and no account.
