Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of TourneyPage ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TourneyPage helps you publish a public page for your tournament — bracket, teams, scores, and schedule. You are responsible for the content you publish.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, harassing, or hateful content.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service.
• No use of the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant us a license to host, display, and serve it so we can operate the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that should survive termination (payment, IP, liability) will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
