1. What we collect
- Account data: email address, and (if you set one) a password hash.
- Tournament content: teams, scores, schedules, and other content you publish.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Usage data: basic logs (IP, user agent, request timing) to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
- To run the Service: render your tournament page, authenticate you, send transactional emails.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To investigate abuse, debug issues, and improve the product.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
3. Subprocessors
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN.
- Lovable Email — transactional email delivery.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage strictly for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your tournaments and account data within 30 days, except where we must retain records (e.g. payment records for tax/accounting).
6. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from your account settings. For anything else, email us.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date.
